The home is catered to the girl child hailing from the utmost dysfunctional family conditions, generational poverty and remote mountain villages. The Home provides 24x7 holistic support with stable health, stable shelter, and stable education.

Pranav Mamgain embarked on a remarkable journey from the corporate world to the Himalayan mountains, where his heart has always belonged. With a background in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Dehradun and an MBA in Operations, he gained valuable experience in management roles at renowned companies like BluedartDHL and Tata Steel.

However, Pranav's true calling emerged from his deep-rooted desire to make a positive impact on the lives of the local children in his beloved Himalayan region. He transitioned into teaching, leveraging his skills and experiences to improve the quality of education and provide brighter opportunities for these children.

Tashi Chosgyal, is a graphic designer known not only for his artistic talents but also for his unwavering commitment to helping the less fortunate. From a young age, Tashi has dedicated himself to improving the lives of those with limited means in his community.

His creative journey as a graphic designer showcases his talent, but it's his deep- seated passion for making a difference that truly defines him. Tashi has initiated numerous projects and campaigns to bring positive change, from supporting education for disadvantaged children to advocating for Himalayan region environmental conservation.

In Fiyang and beyond, Tashi Chosgyal is celebrated for his design skills and his altruistic spirit, proving that creativity and kindness can combine to create a lasting impact on the lives of those in need.

Tsering Dolker, born on April 04, 1986 in Ladakh, a resident of Shachukul Village in Durbok, Leh Ladakh, is a passionate advocate for education. She holds a Master's degree in Political Science from Jammu University (2015) and a Bachelor's degree in Arts from the same institution (2012). Tsering's dedication to education is evident through her year-long teaching experience at Shachukul Monastery, where she shared her knowledge with young monks.

Tsering is deeply concerned about the quality of education available to the children in her area and aspires to contribute significantly to its improvement. Her journey from student to teacher, along with her academic background, reflects her commitment to personal growth and community betterment.
